While Titan's Ore is not a weapon, it was used to make many important weapons over the centuries. Titan's Ore is a rare type of rock once found in select locations in the Known and Unknown Lands in the world of Lorr.
Titan's Ore contains elements that can be processed to form an unbreakable metal. The extraction and refinement of Titan's Ore was a vastly complex procedure developed by the Old Ones themselves, primarily the Gatekeeper and his son, the first Raxe. The procedure was taught only to the most elite dwarven blacksmiths.
In addition to being unbreakable, the metal is also a strong conductor of magical energies. This made it the metal of choice by the Old Ones for the forging of enchanted weapons. Titan's Ore was used to forge Demonsbane, the WorldGate Key, Hell Key, and other weapons long lost to legend after Heaven's War.
With the exception of small amounts processed into its powdered form and passed down through select blood lines for future use, Titan's Ore was mined out of existence from all of its known sources almost two thousand years ago.
Enchanted battleaxe forged by the Old One called the Gatekeeper, warrior and blacksmith to his fellow Old Ones. Demonsbane was created to assist Children of the Old Ones in his direct lineage in the destruction of demons. Demonsbane was forged from Titan's Ore, an unbreakable metal, and sharpened to a divine edge that can cut through any other surface as long as its owner can wield it with enough strength.
Twin to the WorldGate Key, also forged by the Gatekeeper. The magic of the Hell Key can only be invoked by a Chld of the Old Ones. The Hell Key opens the gates to the Seven Hells. Its wielder can use the Hell Key to cast a powerful and evil soul to one of the Seven Hells, transforming it into a demon...or to release a demon already residing in any of the Seven Hells.
An enchanted shortsword carved from ivory. Questblade was created by Calvin Franklin, a Child of the Old Ones, father of Dan Franklin and grandfather of Ryan Franklin. Questblade was created to assist freedom fighters with guiding liberated slaves along the Underground Railroad. Questblade can be used by anyone. Its magic points its wielder in the direction they need to go to complete a quest - as long as the quest is a noble one.
Enchanted broadsword, also forged from Titan's Ore by the Gatekeeper. The WorldGate Key, however, was not forged for battle. Only the Old Ones had the power to travel to other worlds unassisted. Their half-human offspring and their descendants did not. The WorldGate Key was created to give the Children of the Old Ones the ability to open the WorldGate to travel - or send others - to other worlds.
A greatsword of unknown origin, first wielded by the Finder. Dragon-fang is fashioned from a dragon's tooth, a substance denser than any metal known to man with the exception of Titan's Ore. The blade contains toxic and corrosive properties that infect and decompose organic matter.
An enchanted shield composed mostly of mundane iron and a small bit of Titan's Ore on its edges, created by Dan Franklin shortly before WWII. The Shield creates an impenetrable dome of magical energy around its holder and anyone near him.
