The Kingdom of Lorr
Ryan, an assassin for a shadow intelligence and enforcement agency, is pulled into a world under constant threat by mythic creatures and conjurers.
He has to fight them using Demonsbane, an enchanted battleaxe thought lost to time. It also drains his life force and shows him his fate: eternal damnation in hell.

The Continent of Lorr
Three of the ten human kingdoms in the Known Lands reside on the Continent of Lorr. The Kingdom of Darshay spans the north-south length of the continent west of the Wyrm and Hell's Mountain ranges.
The Kingdom of Cartha occupies the peninsula at the southern extreme of the continent beneath the Demon's Spine Mountains.
The Elf Lands lie at the northeast corner of the continent, east of the Daniatiae River.
The Kingdom of Lorr occupies the rest of the continent, east of the Wyrm and Hell's ranges, north of the Demon's Spine, and west of the Daniatiae River.
The asterisks (*) next to the city names denote the capital city for that kingdom.
